Do you use a credit card?
if so have you hammered it?

Did you learn your lesson?

Or did you go out and get another one before your credit rating sank like a lead balloon?

Me... Been there done that... only thing on tick now is my mortgage!

Yes but I am very sensible with it and only use it to purchase important things such as make-up and cigarettes.

Guess what? LEVEL 5!!! WOO WOO! (okay, it's pretty lame but what the heck?!)

.. Yeah, I saw your answer to 'is London a dangerous place to live'? Lol! I've got a few dodgy hair dryers from Taiwan if you're interested, they normally retail at a score, but you can have one for a fiver ...

I use credit cards for the advantages - up to 6 weeks free credit on purchases (the time between the purchase and the bill being due for payment), additional legal cover of the Consumer Credit Act, and the cashback my card gives on purchases. Plus the convenience - it's easier and safer to carry a card than a large amount of cash.

I never use the card for things I can't pay for the next month.
My bill is always paid in full, so I never pay any interest.

I would like to have one but to get one I need to have a annual income of £20,000 but I'm not that rich yet..thats why I don't have one. I do use store card and I pay them off every time I get the bill..

catherinecatchooky
I had a few and each time I took one out, I told myself that it was to pay off the last one. But then spent more and more on crap. So eventually had to give them to my dad so I couldn't use them. Am living abroad just now so have one for emergencies but it's solely for medical fees and emergency plane fare home etc

ghost nation
if you cant afford it - dont buy it !
