C.O.D. means cash, check, money order, and it can possibly be a credit or debit card (if they can accept it but rarely) on delivery. C.C.O. means collect cash only. |

Well, lets back up a minute and define the word "Delivery", you see the ancient Mayans believe that having something delivered means someone physically bringing something to you. So in your case, yes giving cash to someone in exchange for there delivery is correct. |
