Anytime you have to pay a fee for a loan it is a scam, Nigeria is notorious for this. Stay away you will only be getting ripped off. |

No, and neither should you. Any lender who either (a) admits to being from Nigeria, (b) requires you to pay a transfer fee, or (c) contacts you by unsolicited e-mail, is a con artist who plans to keep the transfer fee and never send you the money that they offered to lend you. |
