You are asking way to broad of a question, you can't get that if you dont have good credit I have no idea what your credit is like, but if you have $6000 in debt the chances of you getting an intrest rate like that is slim to none. It depends if you have always made payments on time, and if you have made more than your monthly minimum. Hope this helps!

There are plenty of websites out there that will give you info on credit cards. One I've used in the past, which seems to not blast you with an excessive amount of advertising, is CardRatings. I'm not affiliated with them but have used their service. However when you are doing a balance transfer please be aware of the balance transfer fee. Sometimes it's possible to get it waived but only if you have a stellar credit rating.

Check out Citibank. I transferred all my balances and am getting 1% cash rewards too. Chase is another good one.
