Bailiffs won't take anything that doesn't belong you so your mum just has to tell them what belongs to you.
If you are really worried about them coming in a taking your things remove your stuff today from your mums house and ask a friend to look after it.

Can't you take a loan out from someone else? Family? The Bank? It'd be better than going to a Loan Shark. You'd end up in more trouble going to a Loan Shark and you could end up seriously injured. |

You really don't want to borrow that amount from a loan shar, why do you need it so desperately?
If you are in legal trouble go to the police. If you owe it to your mum be honest and admit you have no way of paying.

Honestly no one is going to lend you £2500 at the drop of a hat with out extensive credit checks or the offer of security. IF you do find someone, it isn't going to be at mates rates, is it, and it will probably come with a gold plated offer of physical violence if repayment is not maintained in a gentlemanly manner ..... and my guess is you won't be able to pay such a loan back anyway . You really ought to talking to someone very responsible here if your physical wellbeing is on the line here ..... for whatever reason. |

I did know one from Bootle, but he was given a 5 years sentence for intimidation, grevious bodily harm, kidnapping and loan sharking. It appears that one of his clients was late with thier payments and the shark took measures to recoup his investment. I can give you his prison number if you wish. |

Loan sharks are notorious for having big teeth, get into their clutches and you are likely to end up getting severely bitten, so use some sense and steer clear of them. Fess up to your Mother about your problems, i'm sure that she would rather help you than for you to go to these ruthless predators. |
