Depending on what you mean by 'bad credit'. T-mobile will take some people but will ask for a £200-£400 deposit before setting up the contract.
Apart from that you'll be out of luck. THe mobile phone industry now employ an entire team of number crunchers to work out who will fail to pay bills etc and make decisions based on their findings (one of my mates is one of the number cruncher managers for Orange). If they think you're a risk (bad credit) they will simply refuse you!

i don't think so, if you are serious you can start by building up your credit rating and go from there Most companies use your credit rating you establish if you are a good investment and from what you said I don't think they will accommodate you

Little_Chicken
I have got a really bad credit rating and i got a contract from 3 mobile with no problem. A couple of people i know that were in the same situation have also got contracts from 3.

Go to Tesco and buy a pay-as-you-go phone.
They only cost a few pounds and do the job, unless you're looking for a status symbol rather than a tool for a purpose.

Mint-Pringles
Nope, but it's always difficult to get a pretty and free mobile phone with a contract!
