Personal loans are the hardest loans to get, because there is no collateral involved.
Your best bet would be to get a credit card, but if you have bad credit, I doubt you will get anywhere near $15k.
Even if you did get a loan for that much, you would pay hellacious interest fees.
Learn how to repair your credit. Life is much better with good credit. |
