id recommend taking out a 2nd mortgage because its a better interest rate or a personal loan through a bank, whatever you do please god dont go to CASHCALL, there interest rates are in the 90% range, i am a loan officer and i refinance people out of cashcall loans and they are a joke, i remember the worst iver seen, check this out, she had a 500 payment every month to pay back the 5000.00 dollars she borrowed, so she had paid them 8 payments of 500 each so thats 4000.00 dollars and her balance was still 4600.00 that she owed them, ohhh man i was laughing, that company screwes people over big time, just giving you a heads up
