You can get your yearly report here from all three companies (equifax, transunion, experian). Use this over freecreditreport because you don't have to do anything to cancel. It's not a hassle and it will only be like 5.95. I've used to for myself two years ago and my boyfriend this last year. It's been great both times and it doesn't sign you up for anything you don't want. |

You get it directly from each of the three major bureaus; Equifax, Experian, and TranUnion. You're entitled to one free credit report from each a year. Check them out on line.
Additional: Don't go through a third-party site. Meaning go directly to each of the bureaus. The reason is that your information can be stolen via other routes so it's safest to go straight to the bureaus. |

freecreditreport.com (yes it is free - u just have to be smart enough to read the fine print. it makes u subscribe and then after the first month ur bank acct is drafted like twelve bucks, BUT if u cancel during the first month, which is as easy as writing an email - no charges are assessed - ive used this before too)
