It depends on the country you move to. If it is affiliatd to the US, and uses the SS then yes. But if you go to Europe for example then there the US credit report is meaningless. Every country there has their own system. So you have to start fresh there. That means if you do not have any record you will also not have any good or bad standing. And furthermore when you go back to the US then your record from those countries is meaningless. A good or bad "Schufa" record for example will not have any impact on your US credit history. |

Depending on you ss-number it will follow you, but if you have legit reasons and the bad credit is already resolved the rating will disappear after time and should not haunt you. |

It does not follow you from country to country. It can only follow if your nation id is common. And, we are were far from reaching that stage.
