I am thinking of setting up an online flash banner design website and business and as a limited company. Because its a service when people purchase from it via paypal will they still see my home address on the cart when they pay the odd couple of bucks for the service?

They will just see your name that you have associated with your PayPal account.
If you didn't set up your website (if this is where you are selling your banners from) domain as private (you have to pay extra for this) then they can do a WHOIS lookup on your domain name and get your contact info that way. LOL
