If you listed it, you're responsible for it. Whether it sold or not. eBay has very high fees in general, especially for motor vehicles, but then again they do have incredible market penetration.
If you don't pay it, it will go on your credit report. |

Contact either ebay or the debt collecters
but you have to pay your fees even if it didnt sell! |

I think you should find out more about this. Ask this debt collector for an address of E bay and write to them and ask how this debt has occured. |

make sure it really is your debt by contacting ebay. if it is pay up. if not let ebay know that you are being charged for something that is not yours. |

Contact ebay and make sure its not a fake demand or spoof email. If its genuine then pay up, its a lot less head ache in the end. Good Luck |

I pay all my ebay , even when it doesn't sell.
Did you try the ebay 2nd chance?
and when you relist they let you know what you did wrong by seeing how the successful sellers with a similar item sold..
and they do have tips..

Did you have an advertising contract? If so you should check the terms and see if you have to pay if the item is not sold. If you agreed to the terms and they want the money pay up. These guys will hound you forever. |
