Go back on the item page and read the seller's description of the item. Did they provide accurate measurements?
If the seller put the wrong measurements, and it is their fault, they will most likely refund you (minus shipping charge)
But if not, It is the buyer's responsibility to check measurements before bidding.
If it doesnt fit her, just re-sell it! |

you should of checked before you bought it that you could return it if it wasn't the right size. if you go to the item description it should tell you there. i'd try e-mailing them to see if they'll let you do it if it doesn't say you can. |

You have the right to re-sell it.
You have no rights through eBay, you contract with a seller - if they have no return policy you shouldn't purchase clothing online for a hard-to-fit child! |

Well, if it doesn't match the description that the seller gave you on their item page, then you have a right to your money back (though you must send the item back, also). Otherwise, there's little that you can do.
If finding clothes that fit your daughter is hard, you might be better off going to stores with changing rooms, rather than hoping that the item will be suitable when choosing it. Otherwise you may lose money. |

If its from a registered dealer, Long Distance Selling regulations apply and you can return for a refund within 7 days.
If it is a private seller you have no such rights. |

Tough luck! You take a risk on ebay when you buy something with sizes. It's up to you to read the ad and see what the return policy is. If your kid doesn't fit well in certain items, you shouldn't be using ebay to buy stuff. Relist it, that's all you can do unless the seller had a return policy or exchange policy. |

You have no rights in this situation. What will happen is the seller will tell you that you should have asked for measurements of the garment before bidding and made sure that the garment would have fit your child. |

You have a distance sellers regulation act which means you can return the goods for a refund, but you'll have to forfeit carriage costs.
Everything purchased online is covered by the distance sellers regulations act |

Did it specify a size? If so is it correct? You may contact the seller sometimes they will let you return merchandise. |

To be honest most people do not want to give refunds but some do i do i like to make sure i get good feedback but the best thing to do is ask the seller before you bid on it if they will refund you if it does not fit and it usually says underneath the item description if they will otherwise you could allways sell it on ebay yourself and try and get more money for it goodluck ! |

you should have asked before you bought it, you have no rights to a refund - its not a shop. |

Email the seller and ask what her returns policy is. It will be up to the seller whether she will take it back or not. |

If you check the listing, it should tell you if the seller accepts returns or not, but if it doesn't, most sellers will refund you if you send the item back to them, as a good will gesture.
If they don't, just sell the item yourself |
