Yes I would be and although I have not been left in debt I did loan a family member a very large sum of money three years ago, who promised to pay it back when he got on his feet ,well he has been on them for some time now and is now avoiding me so he doesn't have to pay it back, families huh. |

even though you shouldn't have signed it for them in the first place silly mistake but we all make them i have made loads lol yes i would be very angry and think you have a right to be aswell as you have done a favour in good faith and now your left in the **** i would go hunting the person down you did the favour for and getting the money of them or twatting them lmao hope you get it sorted soon :) |

first rule of family - do not sell them your used vehicles - do not co sign anything for them or with them - always expect family to let you down when it comes to finances - bet you'll never sign as a co signer again eh? Not to mention now - if you miss a payment it will affect your credit rating |

Oh yes been there done that. My ex lost me a lot of money from a really profitable business, left with nothing. Then we tried to start again with a very large business venture with a friend of his a millionaire, then they began to booze and booze and booze and my friend and I again were left to pick up the pieces, now I survive, him kicked into touch long ago. Happy but broke. Good Luck. Take no notice of these idiots who say it's your fault you signed to be guarantor, Wonder if they have been in that situation, I doubt it.Angry, yes very much, when I think of what I could have given my children and grandchildren, but you have to get over it as best you can. |
