A credit card is a real bad way to buy items like that. And with new laws that went into effect recently, unless you have a job that would enable you to make payments, or your parents cosign, you wouldn't be approved to get a credit card anyway. |

New Laws have passed in February.
No one under 21 will be able to get a credit card unless they have outstanding credit rating.
That said, you are out of luck
You will have to get your parent to co-sign on a card for you.
Or get more money from student loans.
Also credit card balances destroy credit - you are better off with a regular loan.
