They are telling the public aaaaalllll the time to be aware of these scams. Unfortunately, people pay no attention, and just go ahead and fall for it. Buyer beware is the constant warning, and nobody listens. The only comfort I have for you is that you will probably never fall for it again. |

Yeah it is fake, y dont you give me your credit card number and I will fix it for you.. lol seriously call your bank and tell them.. Usually they will investigate it and 8 out of 10 times you will get your money back. The only thing hurting you is that you gave them your card number, not like they stole the number from you. |

If you believe that an online company is fraudulent and has access to your bank account or crdit card information, you should contact your bank or credit card company immediately and report it to their stolen cards department. Explain the situation and ask them to issue a new card. You should not just keep the card, as they may share the number with other companies and next thing you know, you will have surprise purchases from all over the world.
With the name like "FreeLotto", I am not sure why they would have needed you to supply a credit card number in the first place.
Perhaps you should give more details of your experience to help others from making the same mistake. What does Freelotto website do or what is it for? How or why did they ask for the credit card info? Why do you think they stole your money? |

No it is not fake it is real.... A real fraud!
1st mistake is believing that anything is free
2nd mistake is handing over your credit card number to something that has a name like "Freelotto"
Let us hope you have learned from these mistakes and don't ever do something like this again. Never hand over your credit card number to any person or company that you do not know is completely legitimate. I suggest you cancel that credit card immediately as I suspect you will be billed on a monthly basis from now on if you don't. |

It is against state law here in California to purchase lottery on Credit Cards, including ones attached to your banks checking account (You can use debit though to purchse it)
Contact your cardholder and tell them what happened. |
