Credit cards, BAD!!! in general. I have one through the Air Force. That's enough for me. I'm sure that if i had your 6,000 dollar limit i would be in more debt. but, you do what you want with you credit and money.
As for bank of america, i have been with them for 4 years. That was back in Aug of 02 when i first entered Basic for the AF. I have never had a problem with them. They offer every thing there is to offer.
But, what do you need another credit card from them for if you already got one? ask them to expand your limit on that one if they are gonna send you another one. I might be 22. but, i have learned from my older brother what credit cards can do to you. ill just keep my one that i can use only on military installations. Matter of fact i think I'll cut it up right now. |

Bank of America is about to offer cards to people without social security numbers as long as they hold an account with no overdrafts for 3 months. Meaning when illegal immigrants stop paying their bills to BoA someone will have to foot the bill by means of higher interest rates and fees. |

read the small print on any pamplet they send...(this goes for any credit card) some state they can cancel if you default with ANOTHER company, or they can change your rate at anytime..even if your credit scores drop. Just know what your getting into. High credit can be good..jus dont use all of the credit..people look down on that. |

Run as far away as you can.........from experience, they have raised interest rates and said it was an incentive to pay it off sooner.......they also raise interest rates if you are late with any other creditor...........another one to stay away from is Chase......they do the same thing.................. Good luck and if at all possible your best bet is paying cash!!! Credit is the root of all evils!!! |
