Well I would advise you ring them but you said they dont use phones...are you sure? Look them up in the telephone listings. If they're not there, wait for an email reply. If they dont reply, go on their website. |

I would email them and ask for delivery in the next 10 days and ask for a refund if that it not possible. If you paid by credit card and its over £100 the credit card company are also liable for breach of contract, which is what non-delivery would be.

Did you use a credit card? Has the charge gone through yet? You need to immediate dispute the charge IF it was a CC order, now because there is a time limit for disputing charges. |

If you paid by credit card, call the credit card company and tell them to void the payment because the goods were not delivered. That will wake the company up. |
