I was approved by Amcapital ( Adam Goldstein) is my rep. I was told I needed to secure a payment of 500.00 which I did. I really wasn't sure if this company was legit or not. I couldn't find anything on BBB about this company.. The website looks legit. So I secured the payment, which I really couldn't afford.. But like others this is to good to be true, and who wouldn't pay 500 for 5000.00.. It has been 48hrs since i secured my payment and I have yet to receive my funds. I can't get a hold of anyone from Amcapital at this time.. So I will try to get a hold of them on Monday.. I am hoping that this company is legit.. I really didn't have the money to be scammed.. |

I just got approved for a loan 2 weeks ago, i just secured my payment 4 days and recieived the funds within 48 hrs. I suggest that you use ths company if you have bad credit and i recommend using Adam Goldstein as your consultant. He's definately a godsent, he really helped me out. I even got my sister to apply yesterday. |

I have just been approved for a loan through this company and also was a bit concerned about the validity of the company. I was really puzzled about the 10% down collateral. I do understand that, considering it is a high risk loan, but at the same time, I asked them, Isnt it evident that I dont have money....thats why Im requesting a loan. If anyone has information about a good or bad experience with this company, please let me know. I dont want to be scammed. |

I was recently approved for a 10,000 loan. They told me that since I was high risk that I needed to send in 10%. I don't mind doing that but I can't afford to be scammed. Does anyone know anything about this company? They look legit & say they have been in business for 16 yrs but I am not sure. If anyone knows anything please let me know before I try this...I mean who wouldn't send in 1000.00 to get 10,000. I dont have the 1000.00 to send in but could get it if this is a legit deal. PLEASE HELP!!! |

I have been making my payments on-line and noticed your question. I have been approved with Amcapital Loans over 5 months ago. They helped me a great deal. I was a high risk because of over spending when I was young. Just last month I referred my sister and her husband. If they can help my family and I they can help you too. |

I just got off the phone with them. They said I was approved but then told me that I need to give $500 as a collateral and it would be given back in three months if may payments were up to date. I am not sure either, I also can't afford to be riped off. |

oh my god! i really hope this is for real, i just sent them $800.00 which i had to pay $64 in western union fees. if anyone had a good or bad experience with them please let us know. i borrowed that money! JUANITA, what was the outcome? |

I just started the loan process also and in the same case having to put a 500$ deposit down thru moneygram but having read some of these answers i'm less worried about being ripped off... thanks |

I just applied for a loan with them and I thought it seemed too good to be true. They want me to pay an origination fee of $500 for a $5,000 loan. I just want to make sure this isn't a scam because no one else will give me credit, but they will give me $5,000. I can't afford to be ripped off. |

I have noticed some people are iffy about their loans but to let you guys know. Amcapital took a chance on me a while back. I was an out of work and nearly broke electrician. I followed the steps to getting my loan and now I own my own small but successful business. |

i thought it was a scam at first too but they did help me rebuild my credit. i was approved for a $10,000 loan a year ago. they returned my down payment but i used it towards my loan which gave me about 4 months of not having to make a payment. i am still making my payments each month. |
