Hi, I was in this same situation about 1 1/2 ago. The only way is to simply stop. I actually had to close my checking account and reopen a new account. I then let all the payments bounce, but since I closed the account, I was not charges bouncing fees, the payments to the payday loans just stopped. Then I just made arrangements on my terms with the payday lenders. I also did one by one. Once you close your account, the interest will stop. Don't feel bad about this. You have to turn things around and make them work with you on your terms. Once you close your account, they will agree to smaller payments even if its only $20 a month. they don't care, they just want their money back eventually. I felt so much relief after I did this and you can do it too.

good luck to you man and forget about those payday loans. Go tomorrow to your bank and close your account. Tell them that you suspect fraud and would like to open a new account. They will close your old account and reopen a new one with no problem.
Get your life back and don't ever apply to another personal loan ever again. |

Stop with the paydayloans. Their interest is horrible. Even a credit card would be better. Or a signature loan..anything but a payday loan. |

Go to a credit counseling service, explain the situation. Most agencies are non profit. Have yout ried talking to the payday loan business? These businesses are a huge rip off, Have you noticed how they will always allow you another loan,it's because they make huge profits |

I am sorry to say that my uncle started making loans back before they began to call them payday loans in 1963. He is now 75 years old. We have had to help him to file for bankruptcy when we found out all the information from him. He was actually going hungry and living in squalid living conditions because he became unable to keep up with the payments. My advice is never get loans from these loan companies. You will pay as much as 300% interest in the long run. He would go in and pay them nearly all of his retirement checks, and they would tell him he owed $800 more. We helped him get out of one mess 4 years ago, and that was over $5000. He was too ashamed to tell us that there were more loans, and these were over $8000, plus $2100 in two more loans to private individuals. He had sold nearly everything in his house but a broken tv, couch and chair, his bed and chest, and kitchen table and 2 chairs. Everything else was gone. |

Go and talk to the people they may be willing to work with you. My husband and i have never used these places.But my niece and her husband do and they just keep getting in deeper and deeper. Next time try and stay away from them. Good luck to you. |

Well sweetheart there isn't anything that you can do! Come up with a set amount of what you can spare, add up all the loans total! Call each individualized payday lender and tell them that you were in a crisis that's why you had to borrow the money then after you total up what you can spare, begin to keep your payment arrangements with them all! See which loan will offer you the least as well for settlement...... Last option don't worry about it because your credit will be messed up anyway and pay off one loan a month! Good Luck |

i know how you feel i was the same way. luckily i was able to stop the never ending cycle when i got my tax return. the best thing is dont get anymore. let the places know and see can they do a pay plan with you. and if they wont f*ckem do a stop payment on the check they have and pay them when you can anyway. it will get you out of the cycle and you will feel much better. |
