Contact your partner/s and apprise them the situation.
You stop paying and thus all the partners come in the picture. Now all of them including you are liable to pay.
Otherwise, every body's personal assets will be at jeopardy.
Otherwise, go for bankruptcy BUT that's another chapter. |

Bankrupsy has gotten harder to do and it is not a good thing for the credit, but when your stuck between a rock and a hard place, sometimes thats the only alternative.
and what happened to your partners - why arent they helping you with this debt?
