Other than a loan shark..You are in trouble. Work on your credit rating and pay your bills and it will be easier heck might even be possible in a year. |

A lot of banks will still loan you the money - at a horrid interest rate and that's what you're going to find everywhere you go. Bad credit rating means "this guy doens't pay his debts and/or when he does pay he's late."
Would you loan 30 large to a guy with a description like that? If you would, you'd charge pretty high interest rate, wouldn't you?
