Do you have a credit history, for example previous loans or credit cards etc because if not then most credit agencies and banks won't touch you. If you have a contract mobile phone then this is a good start, but I'd suggest that your next step would be to apply for a credit card, it will probably be high interest but as you don't care about the interest rate then it doesn't matter, but with pratically all credit cards you can draw cash out on them so if it's cash specifically that you need then this would be a good option. You could also try applying for an overdraft on your bank account, the amount they give you will vary depending on what you earn and your credit rating but it should get you at least a few hundred quid. |

What a kind person you are wanting to help your family out.
Not sure which company would help you the best as I never like to recommend anyone going into debt which technically is what you would be doing.
Can your family not take on a loan?
Please do not be tempted with loan sharks ......
If you have to then use a reputable company. Most companies are probably refusing you because of your age? |

I cannot answer your question for you but i must issue a very strong word of caution about individual money lenders (some have posted messages on this thread in response to your question). I also require finance of £2000 and have a bad credit score because of a failed business venture.
I have applied to some of the individuals who have posted messages on this thread and when I asked them for their full details - name, business address, phone number etc so that checks could be carried out on them, guess what? - all of a sudden everything went quiet!! - I leave you to make your own judgements but please beware . |

Do you have a car - if so sell it if you are that desperate for the cash.
Don't go anywhere who gives you a cash loan for no securities - they will invariable be loan sharks - legal or not and you will be paying for the rest of your life. They prey on the desperate and young. The reason the banks won't lend you the money is that you can't afford to borrow it. If your family is in that much trouble then take them to the Citizens' Advice Bureau for debt counselling or legal advice. |
