Do NOT do it, debt is for fools! you should know this if you already have a ccj! just sturggle and one day - in the far and distant future maybe - but one day you will debt free!
speak to your local Citizens Advice Bureau, they can help - really.
look here - http://www.debt24.co.uk/index_zz.htm |

how does going in debt $10,000 help you start "fresh"
thats an easy way to start ruining your new year. |

don't do it, just don't.
cut back expenses to the bone, buy no new clothes, stay in and talk to each other instead of going out. Sell stuff on ebay, (buy nothing on ebay)
Until you are out of this mess, live as cheaply as you can. It's the only way - when you are in a hole - stop digging. |

OK the worst thing you can do is apply for finance at different lenders you have what is called a bureau score every person does, it is a bit like a credit score the higher your score the better profile to a lender you are, the more finance you apply for the lower your score. one of the best ways to get finance is to re-mortgage if you have capital in your property because the rates are lower and there are companies that deal with ccj clients a financial adviser is the best person to consult because they can usually sort something out without having to pay anything upfront BUT don't re-mortgage over a longer period than you have left on your existing if you don't have a mortgage then it could be a bit harder to borrow money without high rates of interest if you type in your search engine financial advisers you will get a list of them that can help with financial difficulties i.e ccj's good luck |

Hope you've tried a few banks first and not just thinking theyre hopeless. Lots of people will give you a loan with a CCJ but theyre gonna charge high interest, and possibly have a penalty interest clause. Make sure that borrowing is the best way to sort your finances before you do it. Dont sign anything until youve read the contract thoroughly. And make sure its a reputable firm who is regulated by the FSA because you may have insufficient rights should anything go wrong if its not. |

Lucky you and lucky me. I just happen to have an extra $10,000 burning a hole in my pocket that I am trying to get rid of. It is $10,000 isn't it? If it is pounds I'm gonna be a bit short. |
