Do not pay them, do not contact the place to make money either -- write them and explain that you are 15 they cannot hold you to a contract if you are under 18, just don't do something like this again because if you keep doing it and are reported to the police it is considered fraud. And 15 or not, you will get into trouble. |

call them ,you are 15 and therefore cannot enter into any legal contract |

I believe some readers may be misreading your statement. It would appear to me that you were duped into debt simply by opting to "continue" on some web site.
You cannot be legally indebted until you are age 18. The only exception to this is if you are married. Then you can enter into a binding contract.
If this is the case, I don't feel you deserve the chastising you have received. No swift kick in the rear or firm talking to is needed I don't believe.
I think many internet sites are set up to take advantage of us by allowing debts to occur simply because we "continue".
Call them & explain the situation to them. If it is a long distance call - call them collect!
Good luck. |

Ignore it, you are not in any debt it's a bluff and get yourself a decent security system like Norton or McAfee and they will either block or warn you about such sites |

Tell them in writing you are a minor and not legally bound and to go POUND SAND for their money. |

Is the question about "whether you have to pay the money", or "how you get the PC working again"?
Microbillsys.com has a dodgy reputation, because it handles payments for porn sites. I've been asked to remove it from friend's PCs in the past, and in every case, while they don't like it, they HAVE ended up confessing that they installed it because they were surfing for porn.
In order for your PC to have become affected, some user (maybe you, maybe another member of your family, maybe a friend) has almost certainly been looking at "adult content."
If this is you (or another under-18 friend), then the good news is that the contract probably ins't enforcable. The bad news is that you/they REALLY shouldn't be looking at porn sites, eh? Hopefully, this will have taught you/them a lesson.
If this is someone over 18, using your PC, then the easiest thing is for them to pay the debt.
Assuming that by this stage, you HAVE learnt your lesson, and want to know how to get a working PC again, there are two options:
1: Re-Install Windows (or an alternative such as Ubuntu which doesn't have these problems) from either the disks that came with the PC, or the free Ubuntu CDs you can get.
2: Run one of the "microbillsys remover" pieces of software.
I'm afraid that the legal position on doing the second isn't clear... Hence I'm not going to point you to a particular piece of software. However, I am going to suggest that using a search engine for the terms "microbillsys removal" would point you to several downloads you might want to try. |

How the hell someone of 15 years of age get in debt?? I mean if I was your parent i would probably have some serious discussion with you by now.
I wasn't in debt till I was 21, and that was only because of my own stupidity. I got myself into it and I got myself out, and no offence but I am proud of it. My parents didn't even know!!
You need your behind kicking if you don't mind me saying. Just goes to show how things have changed. Young people thinking they are less dependant on their parents at much younger age, our daughters full of girl power brain crap!!
Oh my, God help us dealing with this. |

If you owe the money pay it, if not make them verify the debt. |
