Pay all your credit cards ON TIME each month, pay more than the minimum, even if it is only $5 more, and don't keep more than 4 active.

If you are trying to build credit, then you should get a credit card for that. There are banks like cross country bank that will issue a card with a deposit you have to make. This is safe for them, and for you.

The deposit you make is your credit limit. It's sort of like a debit card, but it reports to the credit bureau -This doesn't happen with debit cards.

Use this card to pay your bills, and in less that a year you will have around 650 points on your credit score.

you get a loan from bank and e mail me for more info

Pay off your credit cards.
Perversely, take out a loan and make regular payments on it.
Don't check your credit rating too often, it can actually hurt.
Get rid of extra credit limits as they can scare lenders that see that you can put 40,000 dollars on your credit cards.

GET A CREDIT CARD OR TWO AND KEEP UP GOOD PAYMENTS ON THEM

nelson_devon
Pay your bills every month.

instead of paying everything with cash use a no interest credit card but be sure to pay off every month with the money you would of used. This will increase your available credit line while increasing your credit score.

If you don't have credit cards, apply for two or three. Use someone that has good credit if you can not get one yourself.

The problem you may have is that when your credit is run, it may already be good, BUT they also look at HOW LONG you have had a history of credit. Good credit is largely based on a long history of good credit. Not just 6 months of paying off bills or a loan. the longer you pay your stuff on time, the stronger the credit. Make sense?

Hope this helps.

you can get a car loan for a car. make payments ontime. get atleast one credit card. purchase items once in an while and make payments on time. get a cell-phone bill. you have to be careful not to do everything quick. it takes time to build your credit. maybe withing a year of having these items your credit should be good.
