Yes, but its not easy.
This is call Non-Traditional Credit. Instead of an actual credit score, your credit will be based on your utilities (like phone, gas, electric). It will be basically the same as a credit card, scoring will be based on timely repayment of the utility.
This is not intirely helpful though. Alot of Lenders have restrictions on what kind of Non-Traditional Credit use can use.
Becareful going to any Loan Officer. There is NO standard test to become a Loan Officer. |

You have to establish some sort of credit. Do you have a checking, savings account? Do you have some type of store credit with Color tyme, rent a center or something to that nature? Then from there you would have to speak with a really good realtor, one that is willing to be patient with what your looking for. There are many programs out there that can get you in a house for no money down. Speak with a realtor and let them guide you through it. If you do question the word of a realtor, talk to someone in your family that would recommend a good, honest, dependable person. Good luck. |

Now these days you dont have to have good or even a lot of credit. The best thing to do is get ahold of a loan officer and they can lead you in the right direction. You might want to try to build up some credit, so when you do want to purchase your first home you can get a better rate |

Its hard enough as it is to buy one when you have credit, most places will give you a loan if you have no credit, but not bad credit, trying saving up a large down payment that may help. |

Do you pay rent? Do you pay phone, cable, and utility bills, insurance? If so, you have what is called "alternative credit" and may be able to purchse using an FHA program. Contact a loan officer at a local reputable bank for details. Make certain you choose someome experienced. |

see if you could qualtify for a bank loan, go and get something you can pay payments on that is a way to get credit, now if you don't pay the payments you will get bad credit, which is worse than no credit. |

First question is how old are you?? Next like local said it is easy to buy a house now these days. You can file for bankruptcy and a few years later buy a home. build your credit first. |

Look in your local paper, there are often alot of sellers who are willing to do the financing, and you just pay them. Its a good way to build your credit. Just make sure that you get it in writing and demand a copy. Just incase you need it in the future to proove that you paid off the house loan even if it was in their name. Good Luck! |
