You can go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com to view your reports for free one time per year from each bureau. When you provide your information, you'll select each bureau at a time and be directed to their site.
Credit scores aren't free. You have to pay them. And all other sites will provide you with an inaccurate score, also known as a FAKO score. The only site to get true credit scores is from http://www.myfico.com. You can search online for discount codes to make it cheaper. |

You can call up TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, these are the three considered to be reliable credit bureaus. I have dealt with TransUnion and they were helpful.
You may get one or two free inquiries a year, can't remember.
An easy, free way is to apply for a credit card and see what that report says. If you get turned down, it will tell you why, and name the credit bureaus.
Remember though, you don't want too much activity, such as applying for credit cards, because that may raise a red flag with some lending institutions. |
