The simpliest way would be to make the credit grantor a partner. Are you getting the money for an investment?
In real estate for example is you were getting a $500,000 house for $250,000 but needed $25,000 down then you could get a partner who would put up the money and then when the house was resold get their money back and a percentage of the profits. I would need to know what is the purpose of the loan. There is a website called www.prosper.com where ordinary people make loans based on any purpose. Check it out. Also you may have to get many smaller loans like $5,000.00 here, $10,000 from another source is another way to do it. Do you belong to a credit union? Does anyone owe you money? If so you can borrow against that money. If fact I give loans based on cash flows people sell.

About your only option is to find someone to give you a personal loan, but the someone you seek will have to accept considerable risk. Best if they are very affluent and can afford a loss if it should end that way. Bad credit and no collateral constitutes nothing to offer a lender as a guarantee for pay back. |

The best way to do this is to go to a rent-a-center.buy some thing like a t.v. or radio.pay payments.then when you pay it off you will have good credit and then you can try to get your loan.I have learned that if you pay off a lot of little loans you can then get a big loan. |

search grants.gov and its many links just dont pay for info thats free/keep your head up and think,think think and act.------create a buisness plan with contracts that are for a year from credit worty people and they sign the contract for what ever service you are willing to provide from pooper scooper to cleaning windows at big apt.complexs hint,elderly subsidized units,to car washing etc.then take the contracts to a little man bank and pray for it.hint everbody likes to save money,dont be afraid this is america,as of now anyhow. land of oppertunity.i personaly been to busy my self to see the big piture,hey ihave a home paid for and having problems,but i will keep walking though doors that open,may god bless you in your life.-------hint chase bank is not friendly at all |
