One of the fastest ways to get cash with bad credit, and little hassle, would be with a payday loan. Yes they have terrible interest rates but they are taking a risk. Work on your credit. Get in a better financial place. THEN, start a business. You should leave yourself room for error. If you start a business now and it don't do good. Then, you are in a worst place then you were before. So deal with the issues at hand, and get a debt elimination plan. Chances are right now very slim that a bank will give you a loan unless you have some sort of collateral to put up to secure the loan. If the loan is not secured, there is nothing the bank can do other than try to collect the debt if you get behind, with a secured loan they are at least somewhat covered. perhaps a relative or close friend can loan you money or cosign a loan? |

If this is one of those deals where you have to buy into or take out a loan to be part of a home-based business I'd stay away from it. I'll suggest just paying everything off as best you can and slowly rebuilding your credit. Yes, it'll take a long time but a "quick fix" for your "really, really, really bad credit" just isn't realistic. |

Do a search for small business loans and go from there. Also, check with your bank about lending resources. The bank may not be able to give you a loan but may be able to direct you elsewhere. I recently received a loan from Wells Fargo Finanicial. Be prepared to pay subprime interests rates. And look out for the loan scammers. Don't provide any lender your personal information until you get a verifiable business name, address and phone number. The best tipoff that it is a scam is that the lender will want upfront money before you receive the loan. This is illegal in the United States and Canada. Check out the Federal Trade Commission's and Crimes of Persuasion's websites for more info. on loan scams. |

Getting a loan with bad credit can be difficult. If you know someone that is willing to co-sign with you (maybe a partner) that may be a possibility. |
