I don't, but I know of others who have used them. It's similar to Capital One in that they work with those with limited or poor credit histories. Check the annual fees and the fine print before agreeing to this card. Some people have had negative experiences with the company, but others have used the card responsibly and not come across any major issues. YMMV. |

contact the Better Business Bureau and ask about the company. |

If it costs you money to get the card, it's a scam, if they offer it for free it isn't. |

Orchard Bank is a legitimate company, yes. It's generally for fair to poor credit and has an annual fee.
There aren't that many 'scam" credit card offers-- all credit cards are going to make a lot of money off you so there's no need to make up cards! |

Always, always, read the fine print. The shady cc's will usually tell you that you can get instant credit off the bat with no problems, but that you have to have a bank account, so they can withdrawl money or something like that. And I know you don't need a damn bank account persay to have a credit card. Usually if it's from a major card holder like american express, mastercard, visa, discover, than it's legit. Just read the fine print and call them and ask questions, and if it doesn't sound good, then it's fake. |

I think I've heard of them before, but the smartest thing to do is to resist any of those offers (you really don't need more than 1-2 credit cards, max). Stick with the one(s) that your bank issues you, and you'll be fine. |

Go check the bank. |

I'm pretty sure Orchard is real - I've gotten offers from them before (always throw them away), but from what I can tell, they primarily deal with high risk people - meaning high interest rates and usually annual fees. Read the fine print first and if you have any doubts check them out through the BBB first. There's always a chance that someone could be using the name - compare the contact info. |

A real credit card company would be a name well known, ALSO dont get involved with credit cards, it causes you debt at a yoiunge age, and ruins lives. |
