The truth is it's "anything". Go to a bank that offers "free checking". Request an ATM card to go with it. |

Go to Chase Bank. They give you a free ATM card and free withdrawals. |

I don't know where you bank, but your card should have been issued free, but there can be monthly charges for using it, or ATM fees, depending on which ATM you use.
You can check on www.lowermybills.com. I think they still have a banking comparison you can use to tell which fees are cheapest or which banks charge no fees at all. |

How old are you? Are you from the US? About your question an atm card comes with your bank account, from your own money. The plastic card is free. Maybe your where asking about a credit card. Those you simply have to apply for and if you approved they will give you a card and grant you credit, but you DO have to PAY the money back. Nothing is free. |
