Make double or triple payments.

Establish a budget and stick to it. Pay the largest amount to the creditor that is costing you the most (highest interest). However, if you have a credit balance that you can wipe out in a short period of time, it may also be a good idea to pay that off, so you're not short on cash...

Use some or all of the additional monthly cash to pay off the high interest debt. When it is paid, move on to the next one.

It's also a good idea to work with creditors directly to reduce your interest rates. If they won't do anything for you, you can work with a company like Profina. They will work with creditors to reduce your rates...

I know this isn't what you want to hear but there's only one way: Save more then you spend!!!

Save 10% of your salary each paycheck and use that money to pay down your debt. Pay down highest interest debt first (credit card) and work your way down to the lowest.

Oh and of course, while you're doing all this stop spending money on things you don't need (i.e. don't accumulate more debt).

Also, cut up all your credit cards except for one (a low interest one with no annual fee) and only use that one in case of emergencies (real emergencies - not because you don't have enough money to buy something).

There are lots of other things you can do to save money, it all depends on how fast you want to get out of debt.

Here are some:

If you're not impressed by any of this there's not much that can be done besides the lottery or robbing a bank...but I'd advise against that. :P

Good luck!

I am sure you did not get into a financial fast so you cannot get out of it fast.
Just pay what you can to all your debtors nd do NOT charge anymore
good luck

1. Inherit a lot of money
2. Steal a lot of money
3. Earn a lot of money
4. Die

If you find another one let me know. I get this question all the time.
