First, it would help to know what makes up your score.
35% payment history
30% outstanding debt vs. available credit
15% Length of credit history
10% Types of credit
10% Inquiries and New Credit
There's not really a sure-fire way to raise your score fast. It's like building a house. It takes longer to build a house than for a disaster to strike to tear it down. But I've provided some tips on what you can do to improve it.
1. What's affected the most is delinquencies. So by either negotiating "payments for deletion", disputing inaccurate information, and asking creditors to re-age light to mild delinquencies for goodwill, that will make the biggest difference next to...
2. Paying down the outstanding balances. There's a rule of thumb that you should keep your credit card balances at no higher than 30% of your available credit. I believe it should be slightly less than that, around 15-20%. By having a low utilization debt:income, it shows that you don't rely on credit heavily and are in a good position to get out of debt.
3. Be sure to show some kind of activity on all revolving accounts. Revolving accounts are credit cards, lines of credit. There should be light activity every month to show that the credit's being used but at the same time taken care of. Even though an account maybe paid off, using it and not showing any activity doesn't help your score.
4. Having a good mixture of revolving and installment credit. A mortgage, car loan, signature installment loan, line of credit, 3 major credit cards, department store, and a gas card is an example of a good mixture of credit.
5. If you have a close friend or family member that has excellent credit, ask them to add you as an authorized user. Make sure that the balance is fairly low, and that it's never been late. By adding you, the activity from the account reflects on your report.
6. And lastly, but not least... PAY ON TIME!!!!!! |

First, I would dispute any account that you feel is inaccurate. Second, you should already have a 3 in 1 credit report so that you can from a plan action. Lastly, may I suggest a site that can help you http://www.thecreditrepairmanual.com the name says it all.
Best of luck, |

several ways:
kite your credit cards...if you use one to pay another then the bureaus think you are creditworthy (so will other credit cards you apply for) and it will open up credit available so your fico score will increase.
pay off debt
open a new cc and keep a low balance or pay it off regularly
nothing is fast though because your score is updated only once a month. |

Different factors contribute to a higher credit score.
always make payments on time, even one late payment can destroy your credit score
Do not keep a blance of more than 25% of credit card limit.
Do not apply for card after card even after being denied numerous times, if your having trouble getting a credit card get a secured credit card where you apply your limit with your own cash.
do not close any accounts
avoid collection agencies
Too much credit is also bad, try to keep the accounts you apply for limited.
Check your score for any inaccurate info and dispute it if there are any
Good Luck! |

Call a credit repair service. They cost, but they can raise your scores very quickly and sometimes quite a bit. One of my customers raised his score 40 points just by shifting balances.
and I don't mean shifting everything to one credit card--that could lower your score, that's why you need to consult a professional credit repair service. |
