How can i repair my bad credit?
im out of bankrupcity how long do it stay on my credit report

7-10 years.

If you put everything in BK, you will soon be able to re-establish your credit. Some people recover within 2 years. Just start off slow.

Don't get yourself in anything you know you can't handle, this is the most important thing. you will find credit card companies will start sending you applications etc. Do not fill them out, do not apply. Wait awhile and slowly start re-building.

There home lenders, that can get people in homes 1 day from the discharge date. I am not saying go buy you a home. BUT,,, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Hope that helps!

It will stay there for 10 years. The best way to start repairing is to get a credit card even if you have to give them a deposit. Then make the payments on time. Don't miss even one. Over a period of time, your score will improve.

Take a look at this site:

http://www.lifeafterbankruptcy.com

This site is loaded with tons of information and newsletters directed at people just like you. There last 3 newsletters dealt specifically with improving your credit, and gave tons of methods to do it.

Oh...and this isn't spam. I have nothing to do with this or any other site I refer people to. If the info is good I pass it along.

CAUTION PLEASE. if u are out of bankruptcy u are going to be very attractive to lenders. cause if i am right u cannot file a bankrauptcy again. be very careful. instead of focusing on fixing ur credit score focus on building wealth instead. i listen and apply dave ramsey's simple steps. here the link

As long as you let it. I had a similar situation and took care of it myself with a credit repair kit I learned of here on Yahoo Answers. I got it at www.creditrepair101site.com
It was less than $20 and helped to get my credit squared away.

it's stays on your report for 10yrs, but to rebuild your credit get a credit card for Orchard Bank (orchardbank.com) it'll suggest which card is best for you to use to rebuild your credit. Use the card but make sure you pay it off in full, they report to all 3 credit bureaus. Good Luck!!!
