call sears customer service dept to confirm but
you need your sears card, a copy of your marriage certificate, a drivers lic(or id), and your social security card..
also go to your social security office to change your name on your ss card...this will save you a WORLD of trouble at tax time next year and at retirement (assuming social security is still around) |

You must bring in your marriage certificate to the Sears Customer service desk and fill out the proper forms. Then they can mail you your new card, with your new name. |

Contact customer service at Sears, they will tell you. Be sure you change your name on your social security card before you file taxes under your new name or the IRS will send you a letter. |

You need to go to your local Social Security office and change your name on your Social Security card. Then you can take your marriage certificate and temporary Social Security card to Sears and whoever else to change your last name on your accounts. |

Just call the customer service number on the card and they will generally change it for you and send a new card, I believe. At least that was how all my credit cards were changed when I was married. |

call the credit card company, let them know you are married and this is you new last name, You should start with DMV take you marriage license in with you.Get you drivers license and IDs change, your birth certificate stays the same.
