a smaller financial institution might, one of those that advertise $300-$1500 loans, you'll be paying a very very high interest rate though. You'd be better off going to a family member, or even applying for a credit card through someone like First Premeir Bank or Orchard Bank.

Your best bet would be to try smaller financial institutions that only process $300 to $5000 dollar loans. However, the interest rate that you will pay will double or even triple.
