The Orchard bank card is a good choice for rebuilding credit. They have both unsecured and secured credit cards and will offer you one depending on your credit history. |

Also, if you just browse around the site, there are a lot of other great credit references, as well.
The most popularly discussed on the site are US Bank/Elan, National City, Hooters, Black Diamond, Bank of America Secured (difficult to get if you have more than a few negative items on your credit report), and Orchard Bank. I frequent this site to find general tips about credit repair/rebuilding.
