it depends on what you need the loan for. there are different requirements for different type of loans. if it is for a school loan you will not need a cosigner... if its a property loan, you have to have trade lines and will need most likely a cosigner.. not always though... if you are applying for a loan on a car you might need a cosigner also.. it really just depends... need more information to answer this correctly |

it all depends what it is for. it is a little hard to get credit right know for people even with good credit. most of the time they want you to have a job for at least a year and a banking and savings account. if you have any utility bills they may take that as a form of showing how you pay your bills. they are also going to require that you make a certain amount so that they know that you can afford payments. a 40k loan at 10% which yours will more then likely be higher with no credit history will cost you $850 for 5 yrs and 75k will be $1590 for the same % rate and length |

For what purpose you need the money it is required. First of all with this amount it will be really difficult for you to get without any credit history. So it will be better if you can manage some cosigner. Your parents may help you in this regard. Then try to search online and find some reputed organisation. Remember never give any upfront to get the amount.
