Banks routinely do this. They run it like a credit card and give you cash.
But be careful, the APR on most credit cards is like, Double if it was a cash advance.
You can usually set up a PIN over an credit card's automated system as well. |

Go to a bank and tell them this is what you would like to do. They may end up having you speak with the credit card company if this is not something you have set up. In any event, they will help you.
I did this the first (and only) time I needed a cash advance since I didn't know you had to set up a PIN, etc.

you go to your bank and tell them you want to do a cash advance off your credit card. they can run it threw the machine and it will go through like a purchase so you won't need the pin. |

CALL THE CR CARD COMPANY....TELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS...THEYLLL GIVE YOU ONE THAT WILL BRING UP A SCREEN ...AND THEN YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT TO ONE THAT YOUVE PERSONALLY SELECTED.. OTHER WISE...ASK FOR A DIRECT DEPOSIT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT CHARGED AGAINST YOUR CARD...THERES USUALLY AN UP FRONT CHARGE ADDED APPROX 1/3 ADDITIONAL....GOOD LUCK |
