You can go to Walgreens and other stores. They have a prepaid card (with the gift cards) that is set up exactly for that purpose.

A few vendors on sites like eBay will accept cash payments, if you're willing to trust cash to the postal system, but otherwise your options are going to be severely limited! Almost all commercial sites will want you to pay by debit or credit card. |

It's not easy. There are people/businesses on eBay that take cheques and postal orders, but it limits your options.
You should also look on any retailer's website for a phone number, and ask if you can place an order by post. I'm sure most would be happy to oblige. Make sure you know the full cost, including postage, beforehand.
I don't think you can do your main retail shopping this way (eg: Tesco) it would be too slow and I doubt they have the mechanism set up (but don't let it stop you asking; especially if you want to buy white goods etc.) |

You go down to your local bank, deposit money and create an account. Also get a debit card. Then you can shop the net. :) |

you can shop all you want online without a credit card or a bank account.
However, you can't actually BUY anything online without some way of paying for your purchase.....

The only way I can think of is to ask the individual stores if they will accept Postal Orders.
Paypal is my preferred method...but you still need a bank account for it =( |

I think you need to have one or the other, although you dont have to give your details over the net if they do BPay. You order, then they give you an order number & payment details, then you ring your bank & make payment over the phone instead of internet. |
