How do loans work? (HELP)
B'cus I do motocross and for the new season I could really do with a new bike, i'm getting a job very soon but won't be able to pay for the bike until end of next year probs.
So is it possible to get a loan out, buy the bike and then pay them back over say a year?
You won't be able to get a loan until you have had a job with a certain annual income (depending how much money you want to be able to loan) for usually three months minimum.

Yes, although the longer you wait, the more interest grows. That's how the bank makes their money.

Yes
For example
You borrow £3000 and pay back £300 a month for 12 months.
So you borrow £3000 and pay back £3600
Because you asked the question here a lot of dodgy people are going to invite you to their websites with dodgy deals avoid them

you can get information about loans from http://www.24hrsloans.com

Ask you parent whether they can help to buy that new bike. If you are working and have income of your own, you can apply for a loan for a bank.
well if you take out a loan or even credit card the payments start as soon as you use the money or the card. the amount you borrow will determine the minimum monthly payment and u have to be 18 +

I have never known of a loan that you don't pay anything for a year then start paying, or give one to someone who is unemployed. You need pay slips with your income on it before a loan is considered and you will need a credit check done
Empress
yes but you will also have to pay back interest and you will have a minimum amount that you will have to pay back every month.
The Drunken Fool
you normally start paying back after a month. some let you pay after three, but mostly you need a house to secure it on.
