Payed by paypal 9 days ago, item would arrive to me in 1-2 days after shipping...have emailed twice for info about shipping, NO response....I am the only bidder, buying a dress for .99, a bit worried seller will not send due to being such a low price (after they pay eBay and paypal fees they'll barely get anything). 200+ ratings, 98% positive. I know now is too soon yet, but at what point do I file a complaint with eBay or paypal if item has not arrived and seller has not responded?

To anyone making snide comments about the $1- actually, add in shipping, it was more like $8, which is not the end of the world, but it's the principle. |

File a complaint before it gets to far. You 2 can resolve it this way and it will get the sellers attention. If you wait too long, you won't be able to get your money back! Trust me I have been with ebay for 7 years. |

ok, im not quite sure how long you have until you can file a complaint, but, i do know quite a bit about eBay because, my mom has bought over 2,000 things over eBay! yes, i know! anyway, lets get chatting bout ur problems not mine! :)
first of all: SCORE!!!! good deal!! is the dress cute???
second: that is weird how the seller isnt replying to your emails! for sure give them a lower feed back! im only 12 and my mom duznt tell me the password so i dont know everything but, yeah definantly give them a lower feedback!
no matter what the price, the seller MUST sell and ship the item! so, yes you WILL eventualy get the dress! my mom bought a book once and it took them i think almost a month! but, that was because, they had troubled getting it here cuz it was shipped from half way across the world, and the packages kept breaking or something! but, i would maybe keeo looking around for the amount of time before you can file a complaint! so sorry if this wasnt helpful, but, my mom is at work and i cant really ask her right now!

I believe Pay Pal asks that you wait 14 days before filing a dispute (please double check this). If I have not received an item within 10 days, I start to worry. Have you contacted the seller regarding this purchase? If the seller has 200 ratings and only 98% positive, I personally would have checked out what negatives were said about the seller before I placed a bid. I can see no reason why someone with 200+ would already have had complaints. I currently have 321 and 100% positive. I have seen many powersellers with 100% positive as well. I would write to the seller at once and ask about your purchase. Whatever you do, PLEASE contact the seller. I know my mail has been running slow and sometimes things do happen. Contact seller first then wait then prepare yourself. |

I'm not sure what eBay says about seller rules, but personally if I buy/sell an item I believe it must be in the mail within 3 business days.
If you've already e-mailed them twice with no response, I'd wait until Monday, and if you still don't have the package, file a Paypal complaint.
I've had really bad luck with Paypal claims even though all the proof points to the sellers fault they've denied them (which is why I don't use Paypal) so be prepared to contact your credit card company, they can do a charge back. |

Keep emailing the buyer. Tell the seller that this will be the last time you will contact them and you will file a dispute with ebay if you do not hear from them within 24 hours.Maybe they are very busy. The sellers feedback is pretty good. |

Give it one more week if you receive nothing then open a dispute with eBay. Usually this days the items I buy from eBay have been taking a while longer than before, I don't know why. |

Sometimes parcels get mis-placed by Australia Post and their contractors. I had one turn up 7 weeks after my Pay-Pal claim was paid to me. The bigger problem is the no response from the seller but then again some of them are quite rude and take their time. I don`t think you will get much joy from Pay-Pal because the amount is so small . Good luck. |

even it dont' state it in sellers location or item location i've still had packages take 2-3wks to get delivered that have come from hong kong very annoying.

I think you have to wait a week before filing a complaint. Then you will be lucky if PayPal or Ebay help you at all. You may have been stuck on this one. Never, ever buy from a seller on Ebay with less than 99%. It is that bad out there. Threaten to leave Neg. Feedback if the seller does not respond within 24 hours. If you don't hear anything by Monday, I'd Neg them and cut your losses. |
