It depends on if the card company finds out. If your mom chooses to press charges then all is lost.
However if she's ok with just paying you back and letting the dust settle you'll be ok.
This is called identity theft & fraud punishable by fines and jail time. If your mom ever once utters to the card company that someone, even you used her card without permission they'll be all over you.
That was a very stupid thing to do.

Only your mother can answer this....It's up to her if she wants to press changes against you....She has three choices: Pay your debt if you can't pay it....Don't pay the debt and have ruined credit because of your behavior....or file charges against you....I'm assuming that she won't do that.... |

You should consult a lawyer, but the amount you would spend on a legal defense, and the amount of potential prison time you would not working would probably exceed the amount of money you spent. |

it depends on her, she will have to file charges on you for your to be in trouble with the law. and if she doesnt file charges, you will be under her law, and maybe thats worse. she will probably make you pay it back and maybe ground you for the rest of your life. good luck with that, |
