The lst time I checked, to be able to get a credit card you had to be 18, earn income of at least $16,000, have steady income (having worked there for a while), have a phone and a permanent address, and have good credit already, and fill out the bank's application. The bank or credit card company doesn't make exceptions.

i am sorry but this does not sound posable. the only way i know that ppl have got credit cards that way is if you are per-slected for a creditcard with your bank that says garented limit on it, but you can not cotrol when you get them and you have to be good with your bank so if you are not working and they are not seeing money going in this is very unlikly to happen. |
