i went for years without having a credit score, and i finally managed to build it up by getting a contract mobile phone, and a store card or 2... once you have proven yourself worthy then the credit companies will start considering you... just remember how damaging it is if you miss payments etc, it stays on your credit file for 6 years. basically, you have to earn the credit, and it wont happen instantly, but try a store card such as Argos and see if the loan people then accept you. |
