You and 80% of the US population. Good luck with that one.

I have an idea -- own up to your responsibilities and pay your bills.
Maybe, be an adult? I know, it's a lot to ask, but maybe you should try it.

You could die, but other than that, without paying or filing bankruptcy, you'll never get out of debt. You will continue to owe whatever money it is you're trying to flake out on paying...

Only way I know of is to die or just pay your bills and stop using the cards.

Commit suicide.
Why do you want to stiff thee other credit card holders? They will be the ones picking up your tab, if you could do it and get away from it. Why not file for bankruptcy? Are you afraid that you will not have the new legal basis for doing so.
Once the Credit Card Company gets a judgement against you, they'll get their money if they have to follow you to the grave.
Own up to your respnsibility and pay off the thing.

Some credit card companies will write off some or all of the debt if you can justify why you can't pay them, or at least cut the interest. There are debt management companies out there that may be able to negotiate on your behalf (for a fee :( ). I'd just be responsible and offer pay back the debt a bit at a time - your creditors are more likely to be receptive if you do this.

How to get out of Credit Card debt without paying? DON'T GET INTO IT. There is no free lunch if you run up CC debt and don't pay you ruin you credit score, no new car, no house, some jobs become unobtainable.

Well, there is only one real way and each state is different. Don't pay any of your debt, after a certain number of years you become SOL (Statute of Limitations) Just Google SOL debts. Like I said though, if a collection agency tries to take you to court you can use your state's SOL laws and the Judge will not award the collection agency any money. That is the only way I know on how to get out of paying.

Oh and of course this usually only works if you have a debt that isn't credit card related and under $1,000. Credit card companies are very agressive about taking you to court after a short period of time. Then you will have to pay.
