your credit card company would be able to answer that. but as far as i know, no i don't think that it would affect your credit. |

we went to our credit Union and took out a revolving loan (they put what ever amount into your account and you use it as much or if you want they barely charge and your credit score is increased lots with every payment you make. You can also try using a card more often. or if you need a new car find a co signer and make payments on time. |

Credit scores run from 350 to 850. I've been in lending about 10 years and I think the highest score I've seen is about 830. The lowest I can remember is around 400.
Your scores are excellent. Whatever you're doing now, you're doing right.
If you look at your credit report, you'll see some "factors" that affect your credit. Some of the seem very contrived to me. Certain types of credit are better than others, with finance companies being toward the bottom of the heap.
Most people would be more than happy with your scores. |

Your score isn't all that matters. You need to show income and that you pay all your bills on time. Is the credit card all you have? You should open more accounts but not unless you need it. Over time your score will increase. Don't worry about it too much. The fraud on your card won't show on the credit report. |

to raise credit score
1. Always pay on time or ahead of time.
2. maintain low balances on credit cards
3.To boost your score: Don't charge anything for at least 60 days before applying for a loan
4. keep your total potential debt to earnings load low - If you have a card with a $15000 credit line, you may ask them to reduce it to something more realistic, like $5000.
5. You should have a recent history of both installment or term (Car or house loans) and revolving credit.
6.To boost your score: Don't close unused accounts when you transfer debt.
7.To boost your score: Consider opening another credit-card account or two, or taking out a car loan or small bank loan.

IF you dont use credit card, how would you expect the credit reporting companies to keep a score about your credit worthiness? Good that you had reported your stolen card -- Pls. make sure that the credit company puts a note in your account summary that you had reported a stolen credit card.
Best way to improve score is to be financially responsible and be able to make payments ON TIME... ALWAYS.
NEVER miss a payment for what ever reason. Hope this helps and hope you resolve your stolen card problem soon. |

Your scores (although not as good as mine) are already to the point where you qualify for the best credit deals on just about everything.
Will probably go up after you've had credit card for longer - older accounts score better. Also, you should charge some stuff and NOT pay it off right away - but DO make at least the minimum payments on time. Don't max the card out, but let a few hundred ride for a while - this is actually using your credit responsibly - right now, in the eyes of the cc companies, you aren't really USING your avail credit much. |
