How to repair my credit? ?
Do those credit relief people really help you? If so, which company do u recommend?!?
This is what a couple of my friends to repair their credit.
For me I didn't use a company the cause more harm then good.
Follow some of these steps and if you have any further questions. Hit me up at acemlm4ever@yahoo.com Good Luck and God Bless +
Step1
Pay all of your bills on time. Late payments (payments that are 30 days late or more) have a negative effect on your credit rating.
Step2
Reduce the number of credit cards you carry. Write to your creditors to request that they close your accounts and report this status change to all three credit-reporting agencies.
Step3
Avoid bankruptcies, tax liens (a lien for not paying state or federal income taxes or property taxes) and collections. A bankruptcy stays on your credit report for up to 10 years. Collection accounts and paid tax liens stay on for seven years, and unpaid tax liens will haunt you forever.
Step4
Request in writing that your creditors reduce the credit limits on your accounts to lower your amount of available credit. The total amount of available credit is considered by lenders even if you owe nothing.
Step5
Ask a family member or friend to co-sign on a small loan or credit card to help you re-establish credit. Make your payments on time.
Step6
Get a secured credit card to help reestablish your credit. You will have to keep a designated amount of money in an account that will be sufficient to cover your charges. Make payments on time.
Step7
Get a yearly copy of your credit report to catch any errors.

First, pay off your existing debts. In terms of re-establishing good credit (important later) get one credit card with a small balance. Purchase a bit ($50-$100) on it each month and pay it that month. You'll save on interest and re-establish yourself.
MadMan
No. The best way is to pay down your debt asap, starting with the debt with the highest interest rate.

No, sometimes they even scam you and steal your money instead of helping you. Seperate a portion of your income per month to pay your debt, the most possible is your best bet. Then pay the most important bills first, ideally the ones that effect your credit most and the ones with high interest rates. Keep saving money and stop spending unless it is a neccesity. Also keep one credit card good, and in check- spending only what you know you can pay to keep established credit good- this shows a pattern of rebuilding and trying to make things change for the better.

Дredit repair workеd fine to fix my credit. They disputed and removed lots of bad items from my credit report. I used this service - creditreport.fateback.com
mjghunter
The problem is that you get charged and fined for these services. Sometimes the charges are higher than the interest rates for you cards. Three years ago I had over $28,000.00 in credit card dept. To this day I am credit card free. I paid every single extra dime that I made on these cards until they were dead. Tax returns will make a big dent in depts, if you get one. I will never go back to owing credit cards money. I am currently working on the house and cars and within 4 years my 30 year mortgage will be gone. I have done this with the money I make. $46,000.00 / year salary + $5000.00 in overtime.
