There are no grants to pay off your debt. None. Bankruptcy is an option, but the student loans are not discharged by bankruptcy. This may be your only option, but do not rush into it - contact a bankruptcy lawyer in your area, and see what the consequences would be, either beneficial or detrimental. |

Student loans are not discharged in bankruptcy (I just got a chpt 7 discharge) Unless you die OR are disabled for life and CANNOT work- you will not get your loan discharged. Talk with the loan company about consolidation (for the STUDENT loans ONLY) and see what payment options you can do- they have payment options based on what you make and what your current debt it |

if the 300,000 doesnt include a house your in trouble deep. I suggest you get an advisor and adress the issue rather than try to get tax payers (the ones who are paying for the grant) to deal with your problem |
